Return & Cancellations

    In the rare case that you do not love your Sima mehta creations, here is our policy on returns:

    • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should call us or WhatsApp or email us a photo of the damaged product with the tag intact. You must inform us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    • The Sima mehta Care Team carefully checks each item returned, and once they approve your request, we arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
    • All returns are subject to the discretion of Sima mehta Care Team. We value your association with us and do our best to make you happy and be a Proud Sima mehta Patron.
